Part 1: Safety Introduction To use this machine, must pay attention to the following points: 1-Because the burn-out glue chemical is alkali, when add the chemical, must wear golves and mouth mask to avoid the glue to contact with skin.Also the machine operator should wear chemical glasses to protect eyes. Once this chemical contact with eye or hands or skin, immediately wash by clean water. 2-When operating the machine, DO NOT put hands into the rotated rollers to avoid to hurt the fingers or body hurt. 3-When the machine is working, DO NOT open the gate of drying chamber.Because the drying chamber inside temperature reaches to 150-180°C. 4- Under the drying chambers, there is much walking space. If need to work under this space, then must wear safety helmet.During other time, DO NOT stand under this area. 5-If the drying system need to be maintained, because the height is near 5 meters. Please use the stepladder and wear safety belt to avoid to fall down.During maintainance, other person DO NOT close to the machine area to avoid something falling down. And we put warning signs on the machine. Such as wearing golve and attention high temperature. Part 2: Product description MTLH-25A burn-out machine is suitable for polyester fabric burnout process.The working principles: The fabric after hign temperature sizing, put in the front of machine head roll by roll. Then through the automatic centrering device, fabric goes to glue tank. At this time, there is burnout glue on fabric, then goes to design roller, after roller embossing, there will be some design on fabric.At last fabric go through the drying chamber.The machine main technical data:1- working speed: 5-40m/min2-head reducer power: 7.5kw3-brushing reducer power: 0.75kw4-heating tubes for drying: 18 sets, 36kw total5- fan blower: 2 pcs6-power supply: 380V, 50HzThe mahine main components:1-fabric in system ( automatic centrering device, fabric tighting)2-Head( broadcloth device, glue device, cleaning bearing system)3-drying part ( heating chambers, cyclic net belt)4-fabric out device This machine use life is about 12-15 years. And the using space is around L 26m x W 4m H 4.5m. Part 4: Moving instruction Take apart and package equipments after FAT finishing.The main disassemble parts: machine frames,fan blowers, drying chambers. Main machine and disassemble parts are packed in wooden boxes. There are lables to show nit be inverted and side placed. On the plane four angles of the body of machine exist the standard hoist rings (disassemble when the equipment installed so as to install the guard easier). During transferring, use hoist device meet the weight requirement. For chambers, due to it is heavier, can use forklift or hoist accessories. Others can move by man. When transported by land, pay attention to the package label, all the parts of the equipments, exclude base part, require the package case should not be converted, side lay down and incline too much. When loaded in the van, should take suitable protection measure to avoid wet, vibrating and impacting during the transportation. Unpacking Attentions: 1-It should have the installation service personnel from manufacturer or its agent in the unpacking spot. 2-Before unpacking, check the package, quantity, product name and model whether conform to the packing list. Part 4: Installation After the machines come to factory, use forklift(Max.Load weight: 5 tons) to move the machine parts to the install area.The install foundation must be flat. And use cement ground.Main power supply should be introduced by a party room, and set the main power gate. The machine must be installed by professional workers. And check hoisting device if good condition for installation and the device must have effective test certificate.DO NOT use damaged or knot cable rope for the hoisting work. Also it is prohibited to use no good or unsuitable tools. The installation drawing is designed regarding the foundation.All the machine must be reliable and fastened with the ground. After unpacking, move the main part to the installation position with suitable hoisting device, then adjust the levelness.Before installation, please confirm the supply service, like water,power , air and etc.Part 4: Operate the machine Before running the machine,check if the material ready or not. Like fabric roll, or glue chemical.Also checking the machine drying chamber gate is closed tightly or not And check the blowers is blocked or not. After the checking work, then put the fabric into between the design roller and the pressing roller,Then turn on the power, then release emergency stop switch, then turn on No.1-4 blowers, then turn on No.1-8 heating, then turn on the brushing ,then turn on the broadcloth, then press the heat button, then press net belt button, then press the start button. The worker should be carefully when feed the glue chemical to the tank. DO NOT contact directly by hand. After work finshing, press the stop button, then turn off the brushing, then turn off the broadcloth, then turn off No.1-8 heating, then turn off the blowers, then press button of emergency stop, finally turn off the power. If there is unused chemical remains on the tank, then collect them by blade then put into the chemical drum. Finally use the water pipe to clean the chemical tank. And drain the wasted water through the water drain channel. Part 5: Maintenance and troubling shooting Every day, should add ZG-3 lubricating oil to the teo sides of bearing rollers. Every 1-2 days, should add machine oil to chemical tank, screws, sliders. The oil no. HJ-20 ALL types of ball bearings add ZG-3 oil every 600 hous. All the chains add HJ-20 machine oil every 50 hours. During the machine working time, if find the electrical apparatus get hot, then stop the machine and check if there is some short circuit or some electrical parts damaged. If the frequency inverter is shown fault display. Then check the inverter load balancing situation, check if it is overheating, check the blow hole if blocking or not check connector lug is loose or not.And check the ground lead is affected with damp. MTSX-S1 WASHING MACHINEOPERATION INSTRUCTIONS Part 1: Safety Introduction When the machine is running, the operator must avoid to catch the fabric directly by hands. Because there is danger of figner nipping.So the right way is to jonit the fabric roll by roll before the fabrics go into machine washing chamber. There are motors on the machine.Must use covers to keep away from water. Also there are some chains on the machine.Must use covers to avoid to contact with hands. And there are some un-guarded rollers for the fabric input and fabric output. This situation does not need to be covered. Because their running speed is slow, no danger to human body.In the third washing chamber, because of the necessary process, it will add some acetic acid. (additive amount:250-300ml, density:28%). During this process operating, the worker should wear mouth-muffle, rubber gloves,glasses and protective garment. If the chemical splashes to eyes, hands or skin, then immediately wash by clean water. If serious, must go to hospital for treatment.before add the acetic acid, stop the machine, then can directly use the chemical container to pour it to the washing chamber. No need to blender. When start the machine, the running brushing rollers will mix the chemical and water. After working, turn on the water drain vlave. It will go to wastewater treatment system. Part 2: Production description MTSX-S1 washing machine is suitable for washing after burn-out and pringting process. The working principle is,through the brushing roller running, get rid of the impurity on the fabric. After burn-out process, the surface of fabric has some glue, then go to first washing chamber, through the two brushing roller to clean the fabric surface.Then go to second washing chamber, same cleanning by two brushing rollers. Finally go to last chamber, add some acetic acid. The machine working designed speed is 5-40m/min. And the power is 380V,50Hz. And it is composed by : 3 motors for brushing, each power is 1.5KW, 3 set of brushing roller. 3 units of washing chambers, and include fabric out device. This washing machine service life is around 12-15 years. And the dimension of using space is L 10m x W 3m x 2m. Part 3: Installation After the machines come to factory, use forklift(Max.Load weight: 5 tons) to move the machine parts to the install area.The install foundation must be flat. And use cement ground.Main power supply should be introduced by a party room, and set the main power gate.Part 4: Operation Before operation, check the washing chamber if water is enough or not. And check if the water is leaking or not. If no this situation Then put the fabric into the first washing chamber. Put the fabric between the two pressing roller, then go through the brushing roller, do same like this in second and third chamber.After putting fabric well. Then turn on the power, release emergency stop switch, turn on the padder, turn on the brushing roller. After operation, turn off the brushing, turn off the padder, press the emergency stop, finally turn off the power. Before the first roll of fabric finishing washing, connect the second roll of fabric to the first roll. The way is by sewing. So that we can wash continuously. After finishing working, open the water drain valve to drain out the dirty water, and again put some clean water to clean the washing chamber for next time using. Part 5: Maintenance and troubling shooting Every 3-4 weeks, use ZG-3 lubricating oil to take care of all the ball bearings.And every 4-5 days, add machine oil HJ-20 to the chains. And the the motors and reducers add HJ-20 machine oil accroding to the working condition. The lubricating oil is added by oil gun. And the HJ-20 machine oil is added by oil pot. And for electricity control box, every 3-5 days, open and clean the dust inside. When the machine is working, if find the electrical apparatus get hot, then stop the machine and check if there is some short circuit or some electrical parts damaged.
